The Sherwood Demo Garden is comprised of 16 individual gardens. The goal of the Native Garden is to inspire people to include more natives in their own gardens, and to see that they do not need to give up beauty when creating a low water use, wildlife friendly, natural foothill yard.

Maintaining an Irrigation System

Yearly drip system maintenance is especially important to make sure plants are receiving the water they require and that none is being wasted. Check the system early in spring before it is turned on for spring-summer irrigation. This would include opening the end caps and flushing the system.
