Returning 4-H Youth Member Enrollment

(If you were not enrolled in 4-H last year, please follow the process for a NEW 4-H member.)

The 4-H program year runs through June 30 of each year

 

 

  1. Using the email and password that you previously used in ZSuite, begin to log into your 4-H  profile in ZSuite  Review the ZSuite Enrollment Tip-Sheet for additional details.
  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” & complete the process to reset the password. 

  • Make a note of your login information for future use.

  • All family members are grouped together in one family profile. 

  • Click “Enroll Member/Volunteer Now” for the applicable member.

  • Login to the youth’s primary profile.

  • Complete the 4-H enrollment including updating club, projects, and approving waivers.

  • Click “submit.”

  • The youth member’s enrollment status must show as PENDING APPROVAL

  • Please have a parent or guardian login to submit your waivers and medical release forms through the system.

  • Please use an email address that you will check regularly. This email will be used to confirm your enrollment and send communications. Youth may also add an email to their enrollment profile.

  1. Submit the program fee.  The annual 4-H Youth enrollment fee for 2026-2027 program year is $150 per youth. 
  2. You will become “Active” once the Alameda County 4-H Office staff receives the enrollment payment and reviews the enrollment. You will receive an email sent from ZSuite to your Family email account to confirm your enrollment status as Active. 
  3. Once your membership is active, you can participate in 4-H events and activities within your club, county, region, and state. Please contact your Community Club Leader to be added to club notifications.
