Newly Enrolling Adult 4-H Volunteer Requirements

Volunteer enrollment is not required for youth participants. However, it is required for adults who plan to serve in second adult supervision, chaperone, or other volunteer support roles..

FIRST - Step 1: Complete the 4-H Volunteer Interest Survey

Complete the 4-H Volunteer Interest Survey. Once your survey has been received and reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions for completing the remaining enrollment steps.

After You Receive the Email:

2. Complete Live Scan Fingerprinting

  • The required DOJ & FBI Live Scan form will be emailed to you after your Volunteer Interest Survey has been received and reviewed. Some spaces are intentionally left blank.
  • You may schedule your own Live Scan appointment appointment with this link.

3. Submit Your ZSuite Enrollment

  • If you are a new adult volunteer (never enrolled), create a new household profile in ZSuite.
  • If your family already has a ZSuite household account, add your adult profile by selecting "+ Household Member."
  • Refer to the Basic ZSuite Guidelines if needed.

4. Complete the Required Training

5. Pay the Annual 4-H Volunteer Enrollment Fee
