UCCE Imperial County connects our community with University of California research, education, and programs that support agriculture, natural resources, youth, and health.
UCCE Imperial County connects local communities with the research and resources of the University of California. Our team includes locally based staff and regional advisors, serving Imperial County and neighboring counties including Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino, who bring specialized expertise to our region.
Together, we deliver science-based programs in agriculture, natural resources, youth development, and nutrition, working in partnership with our community to address local needs through research, education, and outreach.
Our Programs
We provide research-based programs and services that support individuals, families, and industries across Imperial County:
- 4-H Youth Development – Hands-on learning and leadership opportunities for youth
- Nutrition Education (CalFresh Healthy Living) – Promoting healthy lifestyles and food access
- Climate-Smart Agriculture – Supporting sustainable and resilient agricultural practices
- UC Master Gardener Program – Community education on sustainable gardening and landscaping
