Orange Marmalade Workshop

Explore one way to preserve your orange tree bounty in this hands-on workshop on making orange marmalade, while also learning the basics of canning. Make and take home your own jar of orange marmalade. This class is presented by the Master Food Preservers of Madera, Merced and Fresno counties, and will be held in Oakhurst and the Sierra Senior Center.
