Succession Planting and Hot Weather Greens
About the Event
Kitchen Garden Chat is presented by Treva Valentine, UC Master Gardener of Yolo County. She will be talking about succession planting and hot weather Greens. Kitchen Garden Chats, held the first Saturday of each month, are free and open to anyone who wants to get more to eat from their garden throughout the year. No registration is required.
During each chat, Treva covers what kitchen gardeners should be planting, what they should be harvesting, what pests they should expect, how to deal with them, and what chores belong on gardening to-do lists. Questions about edibles are welcome and encouraged!
