About the Event
Salsa and pepper jelly are very popular products for canning. They are great for a quick appetizer, are very portable, and make great gifts. Let us show you how to preserve these products safely. In this class we will show basic boiling water canning methods, and provide some great, tested recipes to get you started. We will also discuss how to safely customize your salsa and pepper jelly to suit your own tastes.
This class is suitable for beginners and advanced.
