About the Event
Join us for a workshop series presented by the UC Master Food Preserver Program. These workshops will help you learn how to safely preserve food at home and how to be more sustainable by reducing food waste.
Principles and methods of food preservation will cover dehydration, canning, pickling, and fermentation.
