KC's previous professional experience spans program & grant management, community health education and research & evaluation across a variety of food system topics including farmworker health, healthy retail and SNAP-incentive programming. She holds a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley and a BS in Kinesiology & Health Sciences from the College of William & Mary.
