38th Annual California Small Farm Conference

The 38th Annual California Small Farm Conference is now open for registration! From February 22–27, 2026, join thousands of farmers, food system advocates, farmers’ market leaders, educators, and more from across California for a week of learning, skill-building, and community connection. This year's theme is Digging In Together: Small Farms, Deep Resolve

This year’s conference offers:

 • More than 50 online workshops
 • A full-day Spanish-language track
 • A full-day Farmers’ Market professional track
 • Dozens of workshops on production, business management, agroforestry, no-till, soil health tools, business planning, fire recovery, farm-to-school, cooperative models, policy, and more
 • Ten in-person gatherings across the state

Admission is on a sliding scale to keep the conference accessible for all
