UC Cooperative Extension Napa County

Napa County 4-H Youth Development Program

About 4-H

4-H, the largest youth development organization in the nation, helps young people to reach their full potential as competent, confident, leaders of character who contribute and are connected to their communities. UC 4-H serves youth 5-19 years-old throughout California in urban, suburban and rural communities.

In UC 4-H, youth design and participate in their own programs and activities. This unique learn-by-doing model teaches essential skills that youth will use throughout their lives. No matter their interests, UC 4-H gives young people the skills they need to thrive and succeed.

There are multiple ways youth and families can participate in the Napa County 4-H Program including 4-H Community Clubs, 4-H Overnight Summer Camp, 4-H Short-Term Programs, and 4-H Afterschool Education Programs.
