ANR Update

In response to concerns from the field about upcoming, overlapping organizational due dates and systems changes, UC ANR leadership has adjusted the timeline for the open Call for CE Positions. The timeframe for the final announcement of the CE positions to be released remains the same.

For business managers, fiscal officers, Contracts and Grants accounting personnel, and all personnel who work with requisitions/purchase orders, invoices, check requests, deposits, expense reimbursements, and the UCPath HR and payroll system, below are upcoming system cutoff dates.

Based on feedback from various stakeholders regarding our Data Center move cutover activities, ANR leaders have approved adjusting the start time to accommodate critical deadlines. Originally scheduled for Friday, Dec 8, at 5 p.m., the new start time is now set for Saturday, Dec 9, at 6 a.m.

As of 11:59 p.m. at the conclusion of Giving Tuesday 2023, generous donors gave $99,446 for UC Cooperative Extension and the statewide programs, institutes and research centers that make up UC ANR.

As you may have heard, ANR will be migrating from Kuali (KFS) to the new Aggie Enterprise system in January 2024. Some of the systems being replaced include Kuali Financial System (KFS), AggieBuy and FIS Decision Support.
