Focus groups are being held for all UC ANR employees to share their experiences at UC ANR and contribute feedback that will be used to identify ways to become a more equitable and inclusive community.
The intention is to directly gather ideas on how we can create a more welcoming environment for everyone. The information shared in these sessions will help ANR leadership identify meaningful ways to strengthen belonging and ensure that every member of our community feels supported.
Each one-hour session will be held virtually via Zoom during September and October and facilitated by Angela Song-Ruiter, senior director of UC San Diego Strategic Consulting, Assessment & Analytics (SCAA).
Registration will be managed directly by Xin Kaczmarek, xkaczmarek@ucsd.edu, SCAA special projects and administrative officer.
Song-Ruiter and her team are committed to ensuring no names will be recorded, and all responses will be aggregated and summarized without any identifying information.
