January 21st 9 am-12pm $35 Citrus Indulgence
Learn to make a workshop favorite - lemon curd to store in the freezer, canned orange spice jelly and botanical tea blends.

February 21st 9am-2pm $45 Pressure Canning (lunch included)
Learn how to pressure can chicken and discover how to adapt your favorite homemade soup recipes so they are safe for canning and shelf-stable.

March 21st 9am-2pm $45 Tomato Time (lunch Included)
Master Gardeners share how to grow great tomatoes and learn to turn them into a zesty safely canned chili salsa with the Master Food Preservers.
