Research for a Resilient Community

The University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) in Mendocino County is your local link to UC research, serving the region for over a century. Backed by the resources of the UC campuses, our core mission is to sustain a vital agriculture, environment, and community by using practically-applied research to solve local problems in management, nutrition, and youth development.

We are proud to operate through a unique and vital partnership with Mendocino County, the UC system, and the USDA, ensuring that this statewide system of expertise is delivered directly to local agencies, industries, and the public. We consult, publish, and conduct seminars to extend this critical knowledge.
