The Elayne Angel Harbert Endowment Fund was established to honor Angel’s legacy as an active Master Gardener and her dedication to the Master Gardener Program’s educational and community service mission.
In addition to her accomplishments and expertise in the area of gardening and horticulture, she shared her professional skills in communications and technology to advance the visibility and quality of educational initiatives and public programs provided through the Ventura County program.
The Elayne Angel Harbert Fund will be used to support the educational activities and programs of the Master Gardener Program in Ventura County.
