Shannah M Whithaus

Shannah Whithaus has been revising and editing Compendium Series study guides and writing exam questions for CDPR's pesticide applicator licensing exams since 2011. Before that, she taught science, technical, and business writing classes at UC Davis as a lecturer in the University Writing Program. Her background in both technical communication and education gives her the unique set of skills required to create effective study materials and exams for California's pesticide applicators. Ms. Whithaus enjoys working with UCCE academics, state regulators, agricultural commissioners, and licensed applicators to produce the most up-to-date and informative study guides in a wide variety of license categories.
