The council provides guidance, recommendations, identifies areas for growth, and helps implement strategies that foster a culture of belonging, equity, and mutual respect across all our locations.
By participating, council members directly influence the policies and initiatives that make UC ANR a more supportive and inclusive place to work, learn, and grow.
