If you encounter an accessibility barrier affecting a website, document, application, video, or other digital content, please report the issue using the process described below. Feedback helps us identify and address barriers and improve accessibility across our digital resources.

When to Report an Accessibility Issue
Please report accessibility issues that make it difficult or impossible to access information, complete tasks, or participate in programs, services, or activities.
Examples include:
- Inaccessible websites or web pages
- Documents or PDFs that cannot be read using assistive technology
- Missing or inaccurate captions
- Images without meaningful alternative text
- Poor color contrast or readability issues
- Forms that cannot be completed using a keyboard
- Accessibility barriers in software or online systems
- Broken accessibility features
You do not need to know the technical cause of the issue to submit a report.
What Information Should I Provide?
To help us investigate the issue, please provide as much relevant information as possible, including the location of the content, a description of the issue, the task you were trying to complete, and any other details that may help us understand or reproduce the problem.
If applicable, include information about any assistive technology, browser, device, or operating system being used.
What Happens After I Submit a Report?
Accessibility reports are reviewed and routed to the appropriate individuals or teams for evaluation and follow-up.
Depending on the nature of the issue, responses may include:
- Clarifying information requests
- Accessibility guidance
- Content remediation
- Technical fixes
- Alternative access arrangements
- Referrals to the appropriate content owner or support team
Some issues can be resolved quickly, while others may require additional investigation or coordination.
