3rd Annual Ag Tech Field Day: 9:30 am, Thursday Aug 6th, 2026

UC ANR Innovate and the California Leafy Greens Research Board invite growers, agricultural professionals, researchers, and industry partners to attend a field day in San Juan Bautista focused on technologies for coastal vegetable production.

The program will feature live demonstrations of agricultural technologies under commercial field conditions. Participating company founders will be available to answer questions and discuss how their technologies are being tested, evaluated, and applied. Attendees will also have opportunities to engage with growers, researchers, pest control advisers, commodity groups, and other representatives from California’s agricultural innovation community.

This field day concludes the latest UC ANR Connect cohort, a program delivered in partnership with Farmhand Ventures. Participating companies were selected through a grower-led process that identifies priority challenges and evaluates technologies with the potential to address those needs.

This event is presented in partnership with the California Leafy Greens Research Board and supported by CAPCA Monterey, Top Flavor Farms, and Sabor Farms. Funding for the event is provided by the California AgTech Alliance. This is the 3rd industry field day hosted by the California Leafy Greens Research Board.
