Fiscal Close

The ANR Financial Services unit is providing the Fiscal Close Calendar page as a resource to support departments in meeting year end close deadlines, which includes key deadlines and resources related to the year end process. Fiscal close dates for FY 2025-26 are subject to change. 

• May 15 - Last Day for ITFs
• Jun 22 - Jun 30 - Funding Entry Freeze
• July 8 - Accounts Payable Subledger Closes
  • Scope: All vendor invoices, expense reports, and outbound cash disbursements must be completed.
• July 16 - Project Portfolio Management Subledger Closes
• July 17 - Accounts Receivable Subledger Closes
  • Scope: All customer billings, collections, cash receipts, and revenue recognitions must be completed.
• July 17 - Last Day to Post to GL (ANR Units)
• July 27 - Period 12 Close
• Aug 6 - Period 1 Closes to Campus
