We host classes for the community to share research-based, validated information about food safety, high-acid canning, pickling, fermenting, low-acid canning, dehydrating, and more. Please visit the links below to learn more about online and in-person events. 

Payment & Cancellation

Most class payments are done via our secure payment survey. Please note that we do not accept cash payments unless otherwise noted. If you would like to pay by check, you must ensure the check arrives at least 5 days before the class start date.  Please make the check payable to UC Regents and send it to the following address:

Classes are subject to cancellation if there are no registrations. Registrations should be made by the Monday preceding the class. Registration is necessary to receive a recipe handout.
