Steps to Fully Enroll in Tulare County 4-H

To complete enrollment in Tulare County 4-H, families must follow a four-step process that includes getting connected, registering online, paying fees, and receiving approval (see below).

If your family was enrolled in 4-H at any time during the past 5 years and you are age 5 - 19, your parent or guardian can enroll you into their existing household account that migrated over from the previous 4-H Online system into our new ZSuite system.  Consult the "Adding a New Household Member" video for assistance.

NoteIf you are a returning family, it is very important that you do not create a new account. Instead, you will need to reset your password. Be sure to use the same email address associated with your original 4-H Online account when requesting a new password.

Step 1: Contact 4-H Community Club Leader

Before enrolling in ZSuite, our online enrollment system, please contact your county 4-H office to help you find a club (unit) to join.

You should then reach out directly to your local 4-H Community Club leader (listed below) to learn more about meeting dates and the projects offered during the current 4-H year.

After connecting with your local 4-H Community Club Leader, please complete your enrollment through the 4-H Online Enrollment System (ZSuite). As part of the enrollment process, you will need to select a primary club and choose at least one project to join.
  1. Go to https://4h.zsuite.org
  2. Click "Sign Up".
  3. Create a Household.
  4. Click "+Household Member" to add individuals to the household. Their birthdate determines their role as a Youth Member or Adult Volunteer.
  5. Complete all enrollment sections.
  6. After all enrollment sections are complete, Click "Submit".

Training materials and videos for new and returning families can be found on the CA 4-H Resource Center Enrollment page.
