In Conjunction with the City of Santa Barbara’s Earth Day Celebration on April 29, 10am to 1pm, please join us for this special occasion.
We will be sharing information at several booths, and we will be hosting kid’s activities including:

• Plants for pollinators
• Monarchs and their lifecycle
• How to create a backyard Butterfly Garden
• Native Milkweed
• Plus, a Kid’s station

The UC Master Gardeners of Santa Barbara County invite you to join us for a free, online Garden Talk on Monday, July 11, 2022, 7-8pm.  UC Master Gardener and Beekeeper Jim Rice will share a research-based presentation, “Honey Bees and Home Gardens”.  Jim will discuss: the importance of honey bees, bees and garden productivity, attracting bees to the garden, the life of bees, swarms, and threats to bees.
