In Conjunction with the City of Santa Barbara’s Earth Day Celebration on April 29, 10am to 1pm, please join us for this special occasion.

UC Master Gardener and Beekeeper Jim Rice will share a research-based presentation, “Honey Bees and Home Gardens”. Jim will discuss: the importance of honey bees, bees and garden productivity, attracting bees to the garden, the life of bees, swarms, and threats to bees.
