Listed here are the enrollment steps to enroll a youth member into 4-H. Please read through carefully.

1. Enroll in 4-H Online on Z Suite.*

Create a family profile on Z Suite Members are grouped by Family, so you can add all youth family members who want to join 4-H.

2. Submit program fees. 

Pay your enrollment Fee.  Enrollment fees are $67.00 per youth and you can pay in one of two ways: 

 Option 1: Pay online with a credit card https://surveys.ucanr.edu/survey.cfm?surveynumber=46616  

Please note that the enrollment fee when paying by credit card is $69.50 instead of $67.00. This is to cover any credit card processing fees.

1. Fill out survey with information requested. Be sure you’re adding in the correction amount of children and their names. Click Submit

2. Once you click submit you’ll be taken to this page. You are not done yet.

3. Click the “Charge $30.50” blue button to move onto the payment page

5. Add in payment information.
6. Submit & Confirm. You’ll receive an email receipt automatically. Keep this in case we need to see it.

We are unable to issue any refunds once the online credit card enrollment fee payment has been completed! Please keep your payment confirmation record receipt.  

Our office will notify the Unit’s Community Club Leader, Enrollment Coordinator, and Treasure of any payments received under these surveys. 

Option 2: Pay by check 

Payable to UC Regents and delivered directly or mailed to the 4-H office.

Please make a note of who the enrollment fees are for. (Please note no enrollment fees should be given to the 4-H club leaders unless it is for direct delivery to the 4-H office.)

**IF YOU ARE A STUDENT AT SHANEL VALLEY ACADEMY, YOUR ENROLLMENT IS COVERED**

In addition to the State 4-H fees, your county and club may have additional fees, depending on the project(s) you choose.

If you are in need of financial assistance for your youth enrollment, you may submit an

to the Incentives & Recognition Committee. Deadline is October 15th of every year.

3. Get activated. 

Once your membership is active, you can start participating in 4-H events and activities!

Además de las tarifas estatales de 4-H, su condado y club pueden tener tarifas adicionales, según los proyectos que elija.

3.Actívate.

Una vez que su membresía esté activa, podrá realizar modificaciones en su inscripción y comenzar a participar en eventos y actividades de 4-H.
